The latest class to land in the 42 Yoga Gold Class Membership is Yoga for Confidence — a half-hour practice designed to help you feel grounded, strong, and self-assured. This class works with postures that open the chest, strengthen the legs and the core, and encourage you to take up space — both on the mat and in life. It’s about reconnecting to your inner power and remembering who you are at your core.
A Variety of 30-Minute Classes to Explore
There are several half-hour gentle yoga classes available too — a couple in the free membership, and more in Gold Class. These are perfect for unwinding, restoring energy, or easing tension at the end of a long day.
And if you’re after something a little more nurturing on a deeper level, the Reiki-infused yoga classes (available to Gold Class members) combine gentle movement, mindfulness, and energetic healing — a beautiful way to support your highest good wherever you are in your journey.
Small Steps, Big Shifts
Remember, consistency matters more than duration. Even half an hour, practiced with intention, can open the door to greater wellbeing, clarity, and confidence. It’s about showing up for yourself — just as you are — and letting your practice meet you there.
