Mindful Flow Classes

This type of class is suitable for those people who can easily get up and down off the floor and have done some Yoga before.
Length: Between 50 minutes and 1 hour

A mindful and flowing Vinyasa class where we pay particular attention to the neck. This class includes gentle stretches for the neck and invites the participant to pay attention to the neck while moving through the poses. This class is a recording of an online live Zoom class. Important note: If you have injuries, other issues in the body and/or are experiencing pain, always consult a medical practitioner before practising Yoga.
