New Class Alert: Yoga Leg Day

Do your legs ever feel like they’ve done all the work lately? Maybe you’ve been out on long walks, hiking, or spending hours in the garden pulling weeds (and wondering how on earth gardening can be such a full-body workout). Well, this week’s brand-new class on the 42 Yoga Membership Platform is designed with exactly that in mind.

Our latest Mindful Yoga Flow class is affectionately nicknamed “Yoga Leg Day.” It’s not about punishing squats or gym-style drills (promise!). Instead, it’s all about giving your legs the care and attention they deserve. Think delicious stretches, mindful movement, and releasing all that built-up tension from busy days on your feet.

This one is perfect if you’ve done some yoga before and you’re craving a flow that focuses on lengthening and opening up through the legs. My class participants actually requested it after a day of walking and gardening—and trust me, if it helped them, it will help you too.

The class is now live on the platform and available to:
Weekly Class members (for four weeks-ish)
Gold Class members (always)

If you haven’t joined yet, you can still check out the free membership level (no credit card required) to explore some sample classes and get a feel for the platform. From there, you can upgrade anytime if you’d like to dive into the Weekly or Gold Class memberships.
