I’m so excited to share the latest yoga class I’ve uploaded to the 42 Yoga membership platform—a mindful flow designed to help you feel connected to the stars. This class isn’t just about movement; it’s about pausing, breathing, and opening yourself to the vastness of the universe that we’re all a part of.
Did you know that the very atoms in our bodies were forged in the hearts of stars? Carl Sagan famously reminded us, “We are made of star-stuff.” There’s something profoundly humbling and comforting about that—knowing that the same cosmic material that lights up the night sky also lives in us.
In this class, we’ll move gently, mindfully, and with intention, exploring poses and flows that encourage you to look beyond the immediate, to stretch toward the sky, and to feel that intrinsic connection with the cosmos. There’s also a little perspective we can gain here: as Oscar Wilde put it, “We are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars.” Sometimes, in the midst of daily stress or overwhelm, it can be grounding and liberating to simply lift our gaze—whether literally or metaphorically—and remember how vast and interconnected life truly is.
Whether you’re practising under the night sky or with your eyes closed, this flow invites you to connect with something larger than yourself. To breathe with awareness, to move with intention, and to feel the wonder that comes from knowing that we are, in essence, made of the same stuff as the stars.
I hope this class helps you feel more expansive, more grounded, and more connected—to your body, your breath, and the universe we all share.
Love and light,
Suze
