- Printable PDF that includes the book text, extra information and description of how to do the yoga poses, as well as extra yoga poses that can be included throughout the story.
- A class plan including extra activities that can be done before and after the yoga adventure book.
- A rainbow (chakra) meditation (text and recording) that can be used during ‘Savasana’ relaxation at the end of the book.
- Customizable waiver for children’s yoga class (for parents/guardians to sign)
