This class is a short class intended to help relieve the symptoms of pre-menstrual tension (PMT), pre-menstrual stress (PMS), and pre-menstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD).
Purchase, download and keep this short, very gentle and slow-moving class so you can do the class regularly (recommended).
Try doing the class first thing in the morning in bright sunlight if you can.
The class includes information about how yoga can assist with PMS/PMT and PMDD, as well as suggestions and recommendations.
