MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR

Suze Male is founder of 42 Yoga and a 500-hour certified yoga instructor, who has been teaching since 2015.

The themes of Suze's classes often emerge from her own spiritual path, insights, or even books that light her up. She says each class is a conversation between movement, stillness, and the stories we carry. 

She is deeply passionate about yoga and how it can enhance and change lives, and contribute to mind and body wellness.
