The Weekly Half-Hour Practice

Each week you’ll now find a new half-hour practice in the library (on this page), designed to support a simple and sustainable home yoga rhythm. These sessions weave yoga together with other things like breathwork, meditation, and more, and are centred around a weekly theme or intention.

You might choose to practise once a week as a reset, return to the same session a few times during the week, or make it part of a daily ritual — letting the repetition deepen your awareness and connection to the practice. However you choose to engage, the idea is simple: a steady, supportive practice you can return to again and again.
