Yoga Class – Mindful Yoga Flow for a Tight Neck

A mindful and flowing Vinyasa class where we pay particular attention to the neck. This class includes gentle stretches for the neck and invites the participant to pay attention to the neck while moving through the poses. This class is a recording of an online live Zoom class.
