The yin yoga class runs on Sundays from 11.30am – 12.30pm.
Yin yoga is a very slow, quiet and contemplative practice that works deeply into our body with longer held poses (Mostly floor-based poses held for 3-5 minutes, using lots of yoga props). It targets our deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues — ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body — rather than the muscles.
Suitable for all levels, it is particularly good for total yoga beginners, sports people, and people with any injuries/restrictions.
A casual class is usually $10 but try this class for free during March.
