“One cannot think well, love well, sleep well, if one has not dined well.”

― Virginia Woolf, A Room of One’s Own

Come and join us in this intimate, indulgent class as we take you on a gastronomic journey through literature.

Connect with the body in a positive, kind and nourishing way. Nurture the whole self with a yoga practice that will encourage you to change your attitude to the body, be kinder to yourself, cultivate mindfulness and aid digestion.

While practising, hear book excerpts by some of the most captivating, lip licking, tantalising writers of our time.

We’ll finish with a divine raw high tea and chai!

Limited to 10 spots so get yours pronto!

About Raw Ambition
Eileen Sims founded Raw Ambition in 2012 primarily as a raw cooking school, but also as a centre of nourishment for the mind, body and spirit. The aim is to create food that is as wholesome and nourishing as it is delicious and full of flavour. Eileen, a long distance triathlete,  has progressively become raw vegan over the last 20 years. Her long history in the food industry and her passion for helping people learn about making better choices to lead a healthier life is what drives Raw Ambition. She is a professionally trained raw, plant-based chef having trained in California with Matthew Kenney Culinary.
