42 YOGA CLASSES AT KEON PARK, RESERVOIR

With the current situation and government directives, I have closed the physical studio.
The good news is, I am streaming all the classes (at the usual times - below) online in this Facebook Group 42 Yoga Online No payment necessary, and absolutely no payment expected, but if you would like to contribute to the ongoing longevity of 42 Yoga and prevent its founder (me) from becoming the Lady in the Van, you can donate via this link or contact me for bank transfer details.
If you do not use Facebook, you can access the videos on YouTube on the 42 Yoga channel.
If you have a 10-class pass, this pass does not expire and you will be able to redeem this pass if/when the studio reopens.

Beginners Yoga
A yoga essentials class suitable for beginners and anyone who wants to learn the basics of yoga. This class will move slowly, focussing on yoga-pose and breathing technique. It will be adapted to those who attend.
Suitable for all levels.

Tuesday

6.00pm - 7.00pm
Mindful Yoga Flow
With focus on mindfulness and breathing, this class flows slowly through sun salutations and yoga poses, creating strength, balance, flexibility and calm.
Suitable for all levels.

Thursday

6.00pm - 7.00pm
Mindful Yoga Flow
With focus on mindfulness and breathing, this class flows slowly through sun salutations and yoga poses, creating strength, balance, flexibility and calm.

Sunday

10.15am - 11.15am
Mindful Yoga Flow

11.30am - 12.30pm
Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is a quiet contemplative practice that works deeply into our body with longer held poses. It targets our deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues — ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body — rather than the muscles.
Suitable for all levels.
