Yin yoga is a quiet contemplative practice that works deeply into our body with longer held poses. It targets our deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues — ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body — rather than the muscles.
Suitable for all levels.

Gentle Yoga

A gentle class suitable for beginners and people with illness or injury, or returning from surgery (Please make contact to discuss illness or injury). This class moves slowly, focussing on yoga-pose and breathing technique. During Covid-19 isolation and distancing, the beginner class runs for 30 minutes.

30-Minute Flow Class

A half-hour flow class. This one is for those of you having trouble squeezing yoga into your lives during this crazy time. Good to do first thing in the morning. (The classes stay in the Facebook Group so you can do them any time)
